Job Description:


  • Ensure installing operating systems, updates, care and support works.
  • Ensure installing, updates, care and support works of corporate programs (such as Antivirus, Microsoft Office etc.)
  • Doing required tasks of detecting and solving hardware malfunctions that may occur in end user equipment (such as Notebook and Monitor etc.).
  • Installation, updating, maintenance and support of common devices such as printers and meeting room equipment.

  • Careful about job following
  • Technical problem-solving skill is required
  • Good communication skills
  • Being a team player, who can move forward with a cooperation perspective
  • Attaching importance to customer satisfaction
  • Able to produce result-oriented solutions in the face of problems
  • Prone to SLA usage in jobs followed on the ticket system
  • Willing to learn new products and technologies and easily adapt to technological innovations
